With over 10 years experience and a strong background in process operations and team leadership, I have developed expertise in managing complex industrial environments, particularly at upper tier COMAH sites. My experience spans permit to work systems, maintenance planning, training coordination, and digital process implementation.
I am skilled in quality control, safety compliance, and the operation of advanced systems such as SAP and DCS. My academic foundation in business creation, combined with hands-on roles in logistics and plant operations, has equipped me with a versatile skill set and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

A Few Accomplishments
Educated at Northumbria University in Business, and having a different career path has made me very versatile in my work. I also have some keen interests outside of work which have led to a number of achievments in my professional life.
Digital Permit Request system
I developed a digital permit request system after funding for a full electronic permit system was refused. This improved communication and let to a reduction in lengthy permit issue times.
Building my own Forge
Being involved in a very engineering orientated industry, I took up blacksmithing as a hobby and one of my biggest achievements in this has been building my own propane forge, overcoming multiple technical issues and completing a project I get to enjoy myself each day.
